Copying property classes

You can copy all property classes from a prior year to the next year as a starting point for configuring next year's tax levies.

To copy property classes:

1. From the menu, select Property Tax > Configuration > Property Classes. For more information about navigation, refer to Navigating Property Tax.
2. Select Copy. The Copy Property Classes dialog box appears.

3. In the From Tax Year field, enter the source year from which you want copy all property classes.

   Note:  Property classes that already exist in the new year will not be copied.

4. In the To Tax Year field, enter the target year to which you want copy property classes.
5. Select Copy.
