Searching grids

You can filter grid content by keyword or partial keyword. The search bar lists the grid columns that can be searched. In the following example, the GL Code and Description columns can be searched:

Partial keywords must be in the same character order as they appear in grid values. For example, gen would find general but gn would not.

Your search can be saved to a view and applied to future sessions. For more information about views, refer to Working with views.

To search grids:

1. In the Search field, enter the keywords or partial keywords by which you want to filter grid content. Separate keywords with spaces.

2. Select Search. The grid updates to show only rows that contain values that match the search keywords or partial keywords.
